Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time. This practice targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. Through long-held passive poses, Yin yoga helps to improve flexibility, circulation, and relaxation. It's the perfect complement to more dynamic Yang-style practices.
